Honohono Healing is a Māori practice that helps with energy realignment, releasing blockages, and restoring balance.

 

This practice starts with a hands-off approach, where I hover above the body and am guided to areas requiring attention to release blockages. I work with energetic balls of positive, warming, loving, and healing energy, and relocate out-of-balance chakras. Honohono also involves awakening frequencies and vibrations that may be stuck or dormant in your energetic field, bringing clarity and direction to your life by addressing emotional buildup and trauma stored in the body. Distant healing can also be done by using my body as a vessel while we connect remotely.

 

Mirimiri & Romiromi are incorporated within Honohono. The way they're used within Honohono lets the client's body tell its story of what's going on for them. I scan the body and work towards extracting and locating your blockages and the timeframe these could've happened to help you recognise and release them yourself. Romiromi is the 'deep work massage' that stimulates and releases the deepest trauma held by the body.

 

You'll have to come with an open mind. It may feel quite confronting and it's up to you if you want to share your story, but the healing starts with recognising the issue yourself and that's how you start your healing.
