Gain insight, release blockages, relax, and rejuvenate.

-
Arrive with an open mind and a willingness to feel better. If you’ve booked a session, there’s likely a reason - whether it’s physical, mental, spiritual, or simply a need to reset. I work closely with your higher consciousness to release what no longer serves you, helping you move forward with clarity, contentment, and purpose.
-
Identifying areas, you want to address can be helpful. Many clients know what holds them back -attachment cords, physical pain, past trauma, stress, anxiety, or depression. Even if the cause of a blockage isn’t clear, I’ll support you in finding and releasing it.
-
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after your session; it helps release energy blockages more easily. Plan for some downtime afterward - time to rest, reflect, or take a walk.
-
This space to decompress enhances the healing process and allows your body and mind to integrate the changes fully.

-
After a brief conversation (and possibly a form or two) to understand how I can best assist you, I will guide you through the process based on your selected Bodywork or Healing treatment.
-
For Mirimiri or Romiromi sessions, you’ll be asked to undress to your underwear, including removing your bra, so the practitioner can access your back, legs, and arms. I will step out to allow you privacy while you prepare.
-
Once on the massage table - face up or down as needed - I will assess and address any specific areas, keeping you covered except for the part I'm working on. Please let me know in advance if you prefer more coverage, or if you'd like a chaperone, family member, or friend present during your session.
-
I work with the utmost respect for your Body, Mind, and Spirit, adhering to a strict code of conduct and confidentiality to ensure your comfort and safety.
-
For Healing sessions, you’ll remain fully clothed and lie face up or down depending on where I begin.

Each client has unique needs, and your session will be tailored to address your specific concerns. Here are some common experiences:
-
Eyelid Flickering: This happens as your brain enters a REM-like state, releasing old memories or mental clutter that no longer serves you.
-
Stomach Rumbles: Your stomach may become active as it processes and releases stored emotional energy. In Māori healing, the stomach is a center for "energy in motion" or emotions; a rumbling stomach signals the release of these built-up energies.
-
Throat Sounds (Gurgles, Burps, Coughs, Sneezes): Clearing in the throat, tears, or coughing may occur as unspoken words or emotional blockages in this area begin to release, allowing stuck energy to flow freely.
-
Visuals: Some clients may experience visuals, such as colors, memories, or even faces of loved ones, as the body releases lingering emotions or unnecessary memories. This isn’t always the case, but it’s a natural part of the process if it happens.
These reactions are part of the body’s way of releasing stored energies, helping you move forward with clarity and ease.

-
Each client receives personalised homework to support and extend the effects of their treatment.
-
This might include activities like stimulating creativity or logic, expressing oneself more openly, forgiving past grievances, or immersing in nature, such as an ocean dip, to release lingering energy.
-
This homework is essential for deepening and maintaining the benefits of your treatment.
-
After a massage, it’s normal to feel some tenderness in the treated areas for a day or two. Once this subsides, you’ll likely experience improved range of motion and freedom in those areas.
-
Healing effects may continue for several days, especially if you incorporate complementary practices like yoga, breathwork, or other cleansing techniques.
-
Releases like burping, passing gas, or digestive changes can also occur as part of the process.
